Task Scheduler

Task scheduling allows the system to run a service or script at a scheduled time.

Management and Operations

Using the buttons provided in the feature configuration, you can perform the following operations:

  • Create: Create a task schedule with four types of tasks available:
    Trigger-based Task Schedule: Schedule tasks triggered at system startup or shutdown;
    Empty Recycle Bin: Clear the recycle bin of shared folders;
    Enable/Disable Applications or Services: Schedule the enabling or disabling of applications and file services;
    Custom: Set up custom scripts or commands;
  • Edit: Edit an already created task schedule;
  • Disable: Disable an enabled task schedule;
  • Delete: Delete a task schedule;
  • Settings: Save the output of a task schedule execution to a specified folder;
  • Run: Immediately run a task schedule;
Note

The "Settings" feature is only applicable to user-defined scripts.
