Notifications

After enabling the "Notification" function, TNAS will sound the buzzer upon system exceptions. Additionally, if email alert notifications are enabled, the system will send alerts to the specified email address.

Management​

Through the buttons in the management tab, you can perform the following operations：

  • Notifications: Configure buzzer alarms and email notifications on TNAS for specific events and errors；
  • SMTP Server: Configure the mail server settings. By default, TNAS uses the local SMTP mail server for sending emails, but you can customize this setting；

  1. If you haven't received the test email, please check your junk mail folder or try using a different email address.
  2. Note that if the default email server is blocked by the recipient's server, you may not receive notification emails. In such cases, consider using a custom email server for reliable email delivery.
