TerraMaster Account
The TerraMaster Account is a user device management center and value-added service platform launched by TerraMaster. Through the TerraMaster Account, users can enable TNAS.online remote access, register TNAS device warranties, and purchase and manage various value-added services provided by TerraMaster.
Login Page
Visit the "TerraMaster Account" website: https://account.terra-master.com/, where you can register an account, recover your password, or log in to your account in the function area on the right.
Account Registration
On the login page, click on "Register Account" below the login box. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your email and password to complete the registration. To ensure security, the password must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
Login
Log in with the account and password you previously registered. For security, if you enter the wrong password more than 3 times consecutively, manual verification will be triggered.
Forgot Password
If you forget your password, you can use this feature to recover your password via an email verification code.
During account registration or password recovery, the system will send an email verification code.
If you do not receive the verification code, please check your "Spam" folder or confirm whether the email address no-reply@terra-master.com has been added to your blacklist.
My Devices
In this section, you can manage your TNAS devices.
Device Registration
After registration, the device can be used to enable TNAS.online remote access and register the warranty. There are two ways to register the device:
- Automatic Registration: When you use the TerraMaster account to enable the TNAS.online remote access service on the TNAS, the device will be automatically registered under that account.
- Manual Registration: Click on "Device Registration" in the TerraMaster account, and enter the "Device ID" and "Device Model" for manual registration. You can copy the "Device ID" from TOS > Control Panel > Overview.
Device Unbinding
Select the device and click the "Device Unbind" button in the top right corner to unbind it. Please note, once the TNAS device is unbound from the current TerraMaster account, you will not be able to use TerraMaster's value-added services. Please proceed with caution.
Warranty Registration
After registering the device, you can click on "Warranty Registration" to complete the registration. Please fill in the "Purchase Date" and "S/N Code". The S/N code is located on the sticker at the bottom of the device.
