Surveillance Manager

Surveillance Manager is a video surveillance management tool that allows you to build a video surveillance system with multiple IP cameras and TNAS. Connect your cameras via the ONVIF protocol and store the video recordings from the IP cameras directly to a specified storage location on TNAS. Manage cameras, view live recordings, and access historical recordings through Surveillance Manager.

Application Requirements

Surveillance Manager's web player has excellent compatibility with Google Chrome. While you can use other browsers, stability may be reduced, and full technical support cannot be guaranteed for them.

  1. Ensure that the cameras and TNAS devices are on the same network
  2. The application supports adding up to 32 IP cameras
  3. Viewing live images from cameras using the H.265 encoding format may increase browser load
  4. To play H.265 recording files, you need to enable browser graphics acceleration:
    • Open the Google Chrome settings page
    • Select "System"
    • Enable the "Use hardware acceleration when available" option
    • Restart Google Chrome

Desktop Notifications

Desktop notifications allow you to quickly access Surveillance Manager notifications and customize the types of notifications to be displayed on the desktop.

  1. Click the "Notifications" icon in the upper right corner of the desktop to expand the notification window
  2. Click the "Settings" icon in the upper right corner of the notification window to set notification types and save
